Symptoms of a capacity problem, not a coverage problem.

Check client counts per radio, channel utilisation and retry rates. Common fixes: enable band steering, disable low legacy data rates (1–11 Mbps), reduce channel width to 20/40 MHz to increase channel reuse, and add access points positioned for coverage overlap rather than raw power.

A site survey is the reliable route — send us floor plans and expected peak device counts.
